How are resources selected to be included in the tool?
During development, a small group of organizations, with assets that have been developed to support improvement in health workforce-related issues, were invited to share resources from their organization. Participants were supportive and enthusiastic about the potential for their intellectual property to find a broader audience through the tool. Through their participation, a repository of materials was developed.
The Digital Front Door underwent a pilot phase that was intentionally small and curated to validate the concept and assess the tool’s functionality, including the reliability of its generative AI components. During this phase, the repository was not intended to be exhaustive.
We are currently expanding the platform and adding more content.
