Des dirigeant.e.s, des gestionnaires, des superviseur.e.s, des membres du personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne et des personnes nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es du secteur de la sant\u00e9 ont ainsi d\u00e9couvert l\u2019approche de Rob Paquin, infirmier autoris\u00e9 et chercheur qui s\u2019adresse directement aux personnes en premi\u00e8re ligne pour conna\u00eetre leurs exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba9a7a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ba9a7a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un travail novateur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36533d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36533d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les recherches men\u00e9es par M. Paquin \u00e0 Providence Health Care, en Colombie-Britannique, s\u2019appuient sur une approche en quatre \u00e9tapes permettant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une compr\u00e9hension approfondie de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue par le personnel infirmier nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 lors de la transition de l\u2019\u00e9cole au travail. Selon le chercheur, cette m\u00e9thode peut toutefois s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle profession de la sant\u00e9. Dans le cadre de ses travaux de recherche, des entretiens \u00ab ax\u00e9s sur les probl\u00e8mes \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de nouveaux prestataires de soins infirmiers ainsi que de sp\u00e9cialistes en \u00e9ducation et en administration. Un sondage a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9, puis plusieurs ateliers de conception conjointe fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience ont eu lieu. Diverses personnes ont particip\u00e9 aux ateliers : des prestataires de soins infirmiers nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9.e.s et des d\u00e9cisionnaires cl\u00e9s, y compris la personne responsable des soins infirmiers, des cadres et des sp\u00e9cialistes en \u00e9ducation. Elles devaient d\u00e9crire ce qu\u2019elles voyaient, ressentaient et entendaient alors qu\u2019elles d\u00e9couvraient le monde parfois chaotique des soins infirmiers de premi\u00e8re ligne.
