Pour r\u00e9aliser de r\u00e9els progr\u00e8s, il faut des r\u00e9ponses dynamiques, inclusives, progressives et cr\u00e9atives.  Pour relever ces d\u00e9fis et \u00e9laborer des solutions nouvelles qui peuvent s\u2019adapter aux probl\u00e8mes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 auxquels nous sommes toutes et tous confront\u00e9s, la collaboration est la cl\u00e9.<\/p><p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi \u00ab\u202fS\u2019attaquer \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me\u202f\u00bb comme th\u00e8me de notre deuxi\u00e8me colloque Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada Ensemble pour la sant\u00e9. <\/p><p>En octobre, nous avons r\u00e9uni plus de 300\u202fparticipantes et participants de tout le Canada et du monde entier et les avons invit\u00e9s \u00e0 partager leur expertise, approfondir ces questions cruciales et \u00e9laborer des approches et des solutions pratiques. <\/p><p>\u00ab\u202fLes initiatives ind\u00e9pendantes ne suffisent pas \u00e0 elles seules, \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Deb\u202fGordon, PDG int\u00e9rimaire d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada. \u00ab Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la reconnaissance des dipl\u00f4mes, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 et de celle de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de trouver des solutions adapt\u00e9es au contexte de cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en r\u00e9gions rurales et \u00e9loign\u00e9es au Canada ou de faire \u00e9voluer les soins primaires dispens\u00e9s en \u00e9quipe, la r\u00e9ussite d\u00e9pend de la compr\u00e9hension de nos r\u00f4les individuels, de notre contribution et de la fa\u00e7on dont toutes les pi\u00e8ces s\u2019embo\u00eetent les unes dans les autres.\u202f\u00bb <\/p><p>Concentr\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7on d\u2019envisager les d\u00e9fis reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 pour passer d\u2019une perspective cloisonn\u00e9e \u00e0 une perspective qui invite \u00e0 tirer parti de la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, les personnes qui ont pris part au colloque y ont trouv\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de renouveler leur engagement en faveur d\u2019une planification solide de cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et un nouveau regard sur les r\u00f4les que nous devons jouer pour travailler collectivement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de solutions nouvelles et adaptables.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14dea06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"14dea06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-1024x683.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-2459\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Health-Workforce-Day1@Threshold_Studios-22-2048x1366.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-893c505 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"893c505\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019A\u00een\u00e9e Roberta\u202fPrice, Ph.\u202fD., a ouvert le colloque en pronon\u00e7ant une pri\u00e8re et un mot de bienvenue autochtones. Selon lui, si les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sont complexes, ils ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement compliqu\u00e9s. L\u2019adoption d\u2019une approche syst\u00e9mique permet de cerner les risques \u00e9mergents et les solutions possibles dans l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me, et la mani\u00e8re dont ils interagissent.   <\/p><p>Cris a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de parler aux gens pour vraiment comprendre les donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9, de recadrer les choses et d\u2019aller au-del\u00e0 des sympt\u00f4mes pour comprendre le probl\u00e8me. Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de remettre en question les hypoth\u00e8ses et de prendre le temps de le faire avant la mise en \u0153uvre.  <\/p><p><strong>Six cl\u00e9s pour aborder la complexit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Adopter un cadre de solutions complexes <\/li><li>Articuler l\u2019analyse de la structure autour de trois dimensions fondamentales\u202f: les mod\u00e8les, les m\u00e9canismes et la dynamique. <\/li><li>Recourir \u00e0 de multiples m\u00e9thodes pour cr\u00e9er des changements significatifs dans le syst\u00e8me <\/li><li>Int\u00e9grer et enrichir les donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre <\/li><li>Renforcer la collaboration interdisciplinaire <\/li><li>R\u00e9orienter les donn\u00e9es probantes et la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p>Selon Cris, \u00ab\u202fil ne s\u2019agit pas de faire mieux les mauvaises choses, mais d\u2019examiner attentivement ce que l\u2019on veut vraiment accomplir et de travailler collectivement \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser la situation souhait\u00e9e\u202f\u00bb. Comme le Canada, la Su\u00e8de compte 21\u202fsyst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9gionaux autonomes ainsi que de nombreuses associations professionnelles, employeurs, syndicats et autres parties prenantes.  <\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00c5sa a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un changement transformationnel dans la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 en commen\u00e7ant par d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9tat souhait\u00e9 des soins de sant\u00e9 et les \u00e9tapes pratiques et tangibles n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la concr\u00e9tisation de cette vision. Chaque jour, un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 nous touche d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre. Nous devons aux personnes qui s\u2019emploient \u00e0 fournir et \u00e0 soutenir des soins de qualit\u00e9\u202f\u2013 et \u00e0 toutes celles qui d\u00e9pendent des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 provinciaux et territoriaux \u2013 de faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour renforcer ces soins et les soutenir \u00e0 notre tour.
