Une approche strat\u00e9gique du d\u00e9veloppement du leadership \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du syst\u00e8me peut am\u00e9liorer la culture en milieu de travail, renforcer le maintien en poste et cr\u00e9er une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus r\u00e9siliente. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mise sur pied par SoinsSant\u00e9CAN, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthcarecan.ca\/fr\/2024\/05\/23\/soinssantecan-et-le-systeme-de-sante-de-la-nouvelle-ecosse-nouent-un-partenariat-pour-une-academie-provinciale-de-leadership\/\">Health System Leadership Academy<\/a> a anim\u00e9 un atelier interactif explorant la mani\u00e8re dont une approche syst\u00e9mique du d\u00e9veloppement du leadership peut renforcer la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9. La discussion a mis l\u2019accent sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une approche holistique et fond\u00e9e sur les forces pour le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership, qui favorise l\u2019innovation et la r\u00e9silience de l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfc2a81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cfc2a81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Principales id\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Health System Leadership Academy est un programme d\u2019apprentissage holistique, pratique et mixte qui permet aux participants d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances, des comp\u00e9tences et des attitudes en mati\u00e8re de leadership et d\u2019\u00e9tablir des relations afin de changer leur pratique et la culture au sein de leur service ou d\u00e9partement et de leur organisation. De nature appliqu\u00e9e, le programme met l\u2019accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement du \u00ab\u202ftout\u202f\u00bb pour compl\u00e9ter le d\u00e9veloppement individuel.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Une approche syst\u00e9mique du d\u00e9veloppement du leadership, par opposition \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement individuel en vase clos, est un facteur essentiel pour cr\u00e9er la transformation que nous recherchons.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les participants ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le programme avait fondamentalement modifi\u00e9 leur fa\u00e7on de diriger et de penser, et que l\u2019ambiance \u00e9tait devenue plus joyeuse au travail. L\u2019adoption d\u2019un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit d\u2019accompagnement a \u00e9t\u00e9 un changement cl\u00e9 pour les participants, m\u00eame au sein de la direction.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>La mani\u00e8re dont nous soutenons nos leaders a un effet direct sur la fa\u00e7on dont les employ\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne per\u00e7oivent leur travail, le maintien en poste et le bien-\u00eatre. Le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership doit \u00eatre strat\u00e9gique et non r\u00e9actif. Il ne se limite pas \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences; il s\u2019agit d\u2019enseigner aux personnes et aux \u00e9quipes une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de penser et d\u2019agir au travail dans le milieu de la sant\u00e9.
