Comptant plus de 450 000 membres, le personnel infirmier forme le plus important groupe de professionnels de la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9s au Canada. Il joue un r\u00f4le essentiel aupr\u00e8s des patients et dans les syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 canadiens. Toutefois, la charge de travail de ses membres ne cesse de cro\u00eetre, et les taux d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, de stress, d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9pression sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n

Afin d\u2019appuyer de personnel infirmier et de favoriser sa r\u00e9tention, le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la Sant\u00e9 et l\u2019infirmi\u00e8re en chef pour le Canada ont publi\u00e9 une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils<\/a>. Intitul\u00e9e Am\u00e9liorer la vie professionnelle du personnel infirmier au Canada, cette bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le personnel infirmier, pour le personnel infirmier. Elle vise \u00e0 fournir aux employeurs et aux administrateurs les ressources dont ils ont besoin pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre au sein de la profession infirmi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n
