Nous pouvons donc consid\u00e9rer le racisme syst\u00e9mique comme l\u2019un des paradigmes du syst\u00e8me de soins de sant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le de la formation <a href=\"https:\/\/umanitoba.ca\/ongomiizwin\/sites\/ongomiizwin\/files\/2025-01\/giga-mino-ganawenin-theory-of-change-jan2025.pdf\">Giga Mino Ganawenimaag Anishinaabeg (Th\u00e9orie du changement et strat\u00e9gie de mise en \u0153uvre)<\/a> d\u00e9finit la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 culturelle. Il d\u00e9crit les d\u00e9fis et les solutions en la mati\u00e8re, et aborde le changement antiraciste, la culture organisationnelle, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique ainsi que la responsabilit\u00e9 et le soutien.
