Elles sont m\u00e9decins, infirmi\u00e8res, sages-femmes, pr\u00e9pos\u00e9es aux services de soutien \u00e0 la personne, mais \u00e9galement aides et travailleuses de soutien dans divers domaines. Elles sont membres de professions param\u00e9dicales, notamment dentistes, assistantes dentaires, hygi\u00e9nistes dentaires et membres de nombreux autres groupes cliniques. L\u2019apport des femmes est en outre d\u00e9cisif pour le soutien clinique, le soutien administratif, la recherche et la direction du secteur de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce 8 mars, Journ\u00e9e internationale des femmes, Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada souhaite souligner l\u2019apport des milliers de femmes qui travaillent en premi\u00e8re ligne aupr\u00e8s des patients et des femmes qui contribuent au renforcement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de la sant\u00e9 sur laquelle nous comptons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous saluons leurs r\u00e9alisations, conscients des difficult\u00e9s auxquelles bon nombre d\u2019entre elles se sont heurt\u00e9es par le pass\u00e9, et des difficult\u00e9s avec lesquelles elles composent encore aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada est un nouvel organisme ind\u00e9pendant qui vise \u00e0 amener un r\u00e9seau de partenaires \u00e0 travailler ensemble \u00e0 la constitution d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne saine et solide, et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des soins offerts \u00e0 la population.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les femmes jouent un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de la sant\u00e9 au Canada.
