Cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance, qui sera ax\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9tention des nouveaux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en sant\u00e9, se tiendra le&nbsp;<strong>mercredi&nbsp;22&nbsp;mai de 12&nbsp;h&nbsp;\u00e0 13&nbsp;h, heure normale de l\u2019Est (de 9&nbsp;h \u00e0 10&nbsp;h, heure normale du Pacifique)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette s\u00e9ance, Rob&nbsp;Paquin parlera des pratiques novatrices mises en \u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019organisme Providence Health Care de Vancouver, o\u00f9 les dirigeants travaillent de concert avec le personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne pour \u00e9laborer des ressources et s\u2019assurer de prendre des d\u00e9cisions en fonction des points de vue et des observations des intervenants de premi\u00e8re ligne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants auront l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer et de travailler avec des coll\u00e8gues de partout au pays, de prendre part \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 interactive et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances concr\u00e8tes qu\u2019ils pourront mettre \u00e0 profit dans leur milieu de travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9ance est ouverte \u00e0 tous, mais vise surtout les \u00e9tudiants, les travailleurs, les gestionnaires et les cadres du secteur de la sant\u00e9.
