Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureusement accueillis \u00e0 l\u2019Association canadienne pour la recherche sur les services et les politiques de la sant\u00e9 (ACRSPS), et nous sommes repartis avec un fort sentiment d\u2019espoir et d\u2019optimisme pour l\u2019avenir de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est \u00e9vident que tout le monde est attentif aux d\u00e9fis et reconna\u00eet la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de placer les personnes au centre des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 apprenants. Il existe un fort d\u00e9sir de recherche permanente, d\u2019analyse politique et de cadres d\u2019\u00e9valuation susceptibles d\u2019ouvrir la voie \u00e0 un avenir meilleur. L\u2019enthousiasme et l\u2019engagement lors de la conf\u00e9rence \u00e9taient palpables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manifestement, il faut r\u00e9pondre aux pr\u00e9occupations croissantes concernant la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de la sant\u00e9 au Canada, tant aujourd\u2019hui que demain. Le Canada n\u2019est pas le seul pays \u00e0 \u00eatre confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de la sant\u00e9 : il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me mondial qui ne dispara\u00eetra pas sans une action concert\u00e9e et cibl\u00e9e. Nous avons besoin de meilleures donn\u00e9es pour soutenir la planification. Nous avons besoin de pr\u00e9visions et de mod\u00e8les fiables et compr\u00e9hensibles. Et nous avons besoin de m\u00e9canismes pour collaborer et communiquer des id\u00e9es sur ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas, afin de disposer d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre forte et en sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour nous de chercher des id\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7on dont Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada peut soutenir l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des professionnels de la sant\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9galement entendu parler du travail remarquable qui se fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 partout au pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement impressionn\u00e9s par les nombreux \u00e9tudiants qui ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des projets novateurs et tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir, notamment dans les domaines des ressources humaines en sant\u00e9, de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, de la sant\u00e9 mentale, des soins primaires et des soins de longue dur\u00e9e. Ces jeunes sont nos futurs travailleurs de la sant\u00e9, professeurs et dirigeants de syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. C\u2019\u00e9tait merveilleux de les voir cr\u00e9er des liens, apprendre et s\u2019inspirer chaque fois qu\u2019ils en avaient l\u2019occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre vision est celle d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre forte et en sant\u00e9 pour le Canada.
