Leur travail vise \u00e0 soutenir cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019ensemble de la population canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et l\u2019ICIS jouent des r\u00f4les distincts, mais compl\u00e9mentaires, dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 au Canada. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2023, Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada r\u00e9unit des dirigeantes et dirigeants ainsi que des partenaires du syst\u00e8me pour faire progresser la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 en partageant des pratiques fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, en \u00e9tablissant les priorit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des donn\u00e9es et en cr\u00e9ant des outils pratiques qui soutiennent la prise de d\u00e9cision. L\u2019ICIS est l\u2019organisme national responsable des normes en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019information sur la sant\u00e9. Il est charg\u00e9 de la collecte, de la protection et de la communication des donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette entente renouvel\u00e9e, les deux organisations renforcent leur coordination et \u00e9tendent leur collaboration afin de garantir \u00e0 la population canadienne l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des renseignements exacts, pertinents et de grande qualit\u00e9 sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Principaux domaines de collaboration<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et l\u2019ICIS se concentreront sur quatre domaines interreli\u00e9s\u202f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Avancement&nbsp;d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et l\u2019ICIS travailleront ensemble pour faire avancer les actions recommand\u00e9es dans la strat\u00e9gie pancanadienne de donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9. Cette approche commune produira des donn\u00e9es coh\u00e9rentes dans l\u2019ensemble du pays afin d\u2019exercer la plus grande influence possible sur la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es et aux analyses<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le partenariat continuera d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux tableaux de bord et \u00e0 la plateforme num\u00e9rique de premier acc\u00e8s d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada, ainsi qu\u2019aux rapports, outils et services de l\u2019ICIS. Ainsi, les responsables de la planification, les gouvernements, les employeurs et les autres d\u00e9cisionnaires auront plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver, \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 utiliser les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Avancement&nbsp;de la mod\u00e9lisation et de la pr\u00e9vision de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et l\u2019ICIS collaboreront \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vision de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9, en harmonisant les efforts en mati\u00e8re d\u2019analyse pour soutenir la planification \u00e0 long terme, la durabilit\u00e9 et la mod\u00e9lisation coordonn\u00e9e de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle pancanadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Gouvernance des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur les distinctions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux organisations r\u00e9affirment leur engagement \u00e0 travailler avec les partenaires des Premi\u00e8res Nations, des Inuits et des M\u00e9tis en respectant les principes de gouvernance fond\u00e9s sur les distinctions, afin de mieux comprendre leurs besoins en mati\u00e8re d\u2019information et de gouvernance des donn\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9, tels qu\u2019ils les d\u00e9finissent, et d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00f4les compl\u00e9mentaires,&nbsp;impact commun<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entente reconna\u00eet le r\u00f4le de l\u2019ICIS en tant que responsable des donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 au Canada et le r\u00f4le d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada dans la transformation de la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 au pays, en incorporant des donn\u00e9es dans les outils de mod\u00e9lisation et de planification qui soutiennent la prise de d\u00e9cision concr\u00e8te.
