Occupant actuellement le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident principal des op\u00e9rations cliniques au sein de Services de sant\u00e9 Alberta (AHS), il est reconnu pour avoir men\u00e9 des changements transformationnels, mis en place des \u00e9quipes performantes et obtenu des r\u00e9sultats strat\u00e9giques dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sean est infirmier autoris\u00e9 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de la \u00ab Royal Oldham School of Nursing \u00e0 Oldham \u00bb, en Angleterre. Toujours d\u00e9sireux d\u2019apprendre, il a r\u00e9cemment obtenu une bourse de perfectionnement en am\u00e9lioration des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de sant\u00e9 publique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Alberta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je suis ravi de me joindre \u00e0 Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et de l\u2019occasion qui m\u2019est offerte de continuer \u00e0 faire rayonner le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par cet organisme unique compos\u00e9 d\u2019un groupe de professionnels aussi accomplis&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Sean&nbsp;Chilton, PDG d\u00e9sign\u00e9 d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sean est reconnu pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des partenariats solides avec les gouvernements, les communaut\u00e9s autochtones, les syndicats et les \u00e9tablissements universitaires, tout en encourageant les soins centr\u00e9s sur le patient, la technologie et l\u2019innovation en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Il a notamment dirig\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la strat\u00e9gie albertaine en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 visant \u00e0 soutenir le recrutement, la r\u00e9tention et l\u2019optimisation. Cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant fond\u00e9e sur les m\u00eames piliers que le plan strat\u00e9gique d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada : soit de mobiliser les r\u00e9seaux, d&#8217;enrichir les donn\u00e9es, de catalyser la mod\u00e9lisation et les pr\u00e9visions, et de communiquer ce qui fonctionne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La nomination de Sean survient \u00e0 un moment cl\u00e9 pour Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada. Nous poursuivons la mise en \u0153uvre de notre plan strat\u00e9gique qui consiste \u00e0 collaborer avec nos partenaires afin de transformer la fa\u00e7on dont les gens planifient et soutiennent la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9. Et ce, en tirant parti de ses comp\u00e9tences et de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en mati\u00e8re de soins&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Glenda&nbsp;Yeates, pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada. \u00ab&nbsp;Sean est un leader visionnaire qui poss\u00e8de une expertise pointue dans les op\u00e9rations cliniques, la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et en transformation syst\u00e9mique.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil d\u2019administration souhaite aussi exprimer ses plus sinc\u00e8res remerciements \u00e0 Deb Gordon, PDG int\u00e9rimaire de l\u2019organisme, pour le formidable leadership qu\u2019elle a exerc\u00e9 au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
