Elle rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement le manque de repr\u00e9sentation des peuples autochtones dans le personnel de sant\u00e9. En outre, l\u2019\u00e9tude indique qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de renforcer le lien entre les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 l\u2019offre de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 afin d\u2019en soutenir la mod\u00e9lisation et les pr\u00e9visions pour l\u2019avenir. Tirant parti des <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tableaux de bord<\/a> de donn\u00e9es et de renseignements d\u00e9j\u00e0 accessibles au public, Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada continuera de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019avancement de ce travail.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut pour l\u2019ensemble du Canada des outils de mod\u00e9lisation de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 pour mieux soutenir la planification d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qui r\u00e9pondra aux besoins de toute la population. En tant qu\u2019organisme nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9, Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler, avec des partenaires, \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes communs de mod\u00e9lisation de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre locale, r\u00e9gionale et nationale, y compris l\u2019harmonisation des normes, des donn\u00e9es, des d\u00e9finitions et des m\u00e9thodologies.
