Pour b\u00e2tir une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre plus forte et en meilleure sant\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;avenir, nous avons besoin d&rsquo;une planification fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es, de mod\u00e8les de soins novateurs et de strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 assurer le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs de notre plan sont la compr\u00e9hension des besoins du personnel de sant\u00e9 du Canada et la promotion de la collaboration avec les personnes qui m\u00e8nent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des travaux essentiels dans ce domaine. En accord avec les principales initiatives en mati\u00e8re de personnel de sant\u00e9 en cours au Canada, il fait activement intervenir diverses organisations officielles et officieuses, des r\u00e9seaux, des associations et des communaut\u00e9s de pratique qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de solutions innovantes. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apprenez-en plus sur nos quatre priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques ambitieuses, soutenues par des catalyseurs cl\u00e9s, qui sont au c\u0153ur de notre plan visant \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 soutenir le personnel de sant\u00e9 au Canada\u202f: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobiliser les r\u00e9seaux <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrichir les donn\u00e9es <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mod\u00e9liser et \u00e9tablir des pr\u00e9visions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communiquer ce qui fonctionne <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes reconnaissants du soutien et des partenariats qui nous ont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 faire de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019existence d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada une r\u00e9ussite; ils constituent une grande source de motivation.
