Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada est une nouvelle organisation dont la vision est la suivante : \u00ab Travailler en collaboration \u00e0 la planification, \u00e0 la mise en place et au soutien d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre forte en sant\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019ensemble de la population canadienne. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n

Dans le cadre de notre travail, il est de la plus haute importance pour nous de contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des communaut\u00e9s et des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 autochtones gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre travail. Notre travail a commenc\u00e9 par la recherche de conseils, l\u2019\u00e9coute ouverte et l\u2019apprentissage avec un souci d\u2019humilit\u00e9 culturelle et la perspective d\u2019investir dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de relations. <\/p>\n\n

\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de notre premi\u00e8re c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la Journ\u00e9e nationale de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9conciliation, nous reconnaissons la v\u00e9ritable histoire du Canada et nous nous engageons \u00e0 apporter des contributions significatives \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation. Nous reconnaissons le droit \u00e0 l\u2019autod\u00e9termination des Autochtones et nous employons \u00e0 comprendre notre r\u00f4le dans la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux priorit\u00e9s des peuples des Premi\u00e8res Nations, inuits et m\u00e9tis. Nous nous joignons aux organisations dirig\u00e9es par des autochtones pour soutenir les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 autochtones. En tant qu\u2019organisation, nous nous engageons \u00e0 adopter une approche fond\u00e9e sur les distinctions, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un engagement significatif avec les organisations des Premi\u00e8res Nations, des Inuits et des M\u00e9tis. <\/p>\n\n

Nous esp\u00e9rons, d\u2019ici le 30 septembre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, avoir progress\u00e9 dans notre parcours d\u2019apprentissage continu en vue de comprendre notre r\u00f4le, nos possibilit\u00e9s et nos limites afin de contribuer de la meilleure fa\u00e7on qui soit \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des appels \u00e0 l\u2019action pertinents de la Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9conciliation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
