Pour planifier efficacement les besoins en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et la prestation des services, aujourd\u2019hui et \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, nous avons besoin de donn\u00e9es opportunes, fiables et exploitables. Toutefois, des syst\u00e8mes de donn\u00e9es fragment\u00e9s, des normes incoh\u00e9rentes et une interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e rendent difficile la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des questions essentielles, comme celles qui suivent :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<li>Quels types de prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9 sont en exercice, o\u00f9, et dans quelle fonction?<\/li>\n<li>Comment harmoniser l\u2019offre de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre avec les besoins de la population en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9?<\/li>\n<li>Comment utiliser au mieux les donn\u00e9es pour la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de soins et renforcer la performance du syst\u00e8me?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie pancanadienne de donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9, dirig\u00e9e par Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada et cod\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec des partenaires de l\u2019ensemble des administrations, constitue une mesure concr\u00e8te pour relever ces d\u00e9fis. Elle d\u00e9crit une approche commune et coordonn\u00e9e visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la fa\u00e7on dont les donn\u00e9es sur la main\u2011d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 sont recueillies, g\u00e9r\u00e9es, partag\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada.<\/p>\n\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que de viser un \u00e9tat final parfait, la strat\u00e9gie met l\u2019accent sur des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alistes et progressifs. Dans le but de catalyser les capacit\u00e9s de planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre par la mod\u00e9lisation, Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada a effectu\u00e9 une analyse pancanadienne de l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de la mod\u00e9lisation de la demande du personnel en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente nos conclusions sur la mani\u00e8re dont les provinces et territoires estiment la demande parmi les groupes de prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9. Il met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence quels groupes font actuellement l\u2019objet d\u2019une mod\u00e9lisation au Canada afin d\u2019alimenter les d\u00e9cisions en mati\u00e8re de planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9. La mise \u00e0 disposition de ces donn\u00e9es en un seul endroit permet aux \u00e9quipes de planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 de s\u2019appuyer sur le travail des autres membres de la communaut\u00e9 de mod\u00e9lisation pour mieux anticiper les p\u00e9nuries et les exc\u00e9dents de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Nous pouvons donc consid\u00e9rer le racisme syst\u00e9mique comme l\u2019un des paradigmes du syst\u00e8me de soins de sant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le de la formation <a href=\"https:\/\/umanitoba.ca\/ongomiizwin\/sites\/ongomiizwin\/files\/2025-01\/giga-mino-ganawenin-theory-of-change-jan2025.pdf\">Giga Mino Ganawenimaag Anishinaabeg (Th\u00e9orie du changement et strat\u00e9gie de mise en \u0153uvre)<\/a> d\u00e9finit la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 culturelle. Il d\u00e9crit les d\u00e9fis et les solutions en la mati\u00e8re, et aborde le changement antiraciste, la culture organisationnelle, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique ainsi que la responsabilit\u00e9 et le soutien. La r\u00e9union a aussi permis \u00e0 ceux qui y ont particip\u00e9 de se pr\u00e9parer au colloque inaugural d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada, Ensemble pour la sant\u00e9, qui d\u00e9butait le lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport r\u00e9sume les id\u00e9es et les discussions de la r\u00e9union, d\u00e9crivant des cas d\u2019utilisation r\u00e9ussis, les d\u00e9fis et les opportunit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de mod\u00e9lisation et de planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9.
