Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers, \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions, \u00e0 des consultations et \u00e0 des partenariats, nous avons \u00e9tabli un cadre strat\u00e9gique qui guide d\u00e9sormais nos efforts. Ces collaborations ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur des ressources et des outils pratiques qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9s pour relever les d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 dans l\u2019ensemble du pays.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des relations empreintes de respect avec les organisations des Premi\u00e8res Nations, inuites et m\u00e9tisses, en adoptant une approche soucieuse des distinctions qui respecte les droits des autochtones, l\u2019autonomie gouvernementale et la souverainet\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.
