En exploitant les mod\u00e8les et les outils statistiques, les personnes responsables de la planification peuvent tenter d\u2019estimer l\u2019offre et la demande futures, mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai des sc\u00e9narios et comprendre les r\u00e9percussions possibles \u00e0 long terme des d\u00e9cisions politiques.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nos mod\u00e8les s\u2019appuient sur de nombreuses sources de donn\u00e9es d\u00e9crivant l\u2019\u00e9tat historique de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 dans l\u2019ensemble du pays afin d\u2019explorer des sc\u00e9narios futurs.
