data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Julia est une chercheuse int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au sein d\u2019une r\u00e9gie r\u00e9gionale de la sant\u00e9, dont l\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de soutenir les efforts de maintien en poste dans des \u00e9tablissements et des organisations de soins de sa r\u00e9gion.<\/strong> <\/p><p>Le projet de l\u2019\u00e9quipe tient compte de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre des dispensatrices et dispensateurs de soins, en commen\u00e7ant par le bien-\u00eatre des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers autoris\u00e9s (IA) dans leur r\u00e9gion, puis l\u2019analyse de comparateurs ainsi que leur incidence sur les r\u00e9sultats pour les patients. L\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9voit de mener des entretiens cibl\u00e9s avec des IA et leurs employeurs dans la r\u00e9gion sanitaire afin de comprendre ce qui favorise le maintien en poste et les politiques en la mati\u00e8re, ainsi que d\u2019analyser les donn\u00e9es cliniques et les indicateurs de r\u00e9sultats dans ces \u00e9tablissements. Tout d\u2019abord, l\u2019\u00e9quipe doit recueillir des donn\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes sur l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel du bien-\u00eatre et de la charge de travail des IA pour guider la formulation des questions d\u2019entretien.   <\/p><p><strong>Cinq fa\u00e7ons dont les tableaux de bord peuvent aider Julia<\/strong> <\/p><ol><li>Dans le module <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/coup-doeil-sur-leffectif\/emploi\/\">Emploi<\/a>, elle s\u00e9lectionne toutes les provinces afin de brosser un portrait de la situation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada. Elle s\u00e9lectionne aussi l\u2019option Soins infirmiers aux patients hospitalis\u00e9s pour avoir un aper\u00e7u des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires effectu\u00e9es et des cong\u00e9s de maladie d\u00e9clar\u00e9s. Dans les unit\u00e9s de patients hospitalis\u00e9s, les IA font partie des principaux dispensateurs de soins. Ces mesures peuvent donc offrir \u00e0 Julia un aper\u00e7u des charges de travail li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel et au bien-\u00eatre. <\/li><li>Dans le module <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/coup-doeil-sur-leffectif\/bien-etre-des-fournisseurs\/\">Bien-\u00eatre des fournisseurs<\/a>, Julia examine la fa\u00e7on dont les infirmiers et infirmi\u00e8res ont r\u00e9pondu aux questions du sondage sur les principaux aspects des conditions de travail (y compris les facteurs physiques, les facteurs psychologiques et ceux reli\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-famille). Elle obtient \u00e9galement un aper\u00e7u des facteurs influant sur le bien-\u00eatre physique des IA dans la section consacr\u00e9e aux demandes d\u2019indemnisation pour perte de temps de travail. <\/li><li>Dans le module <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/coup-doeil-sur-leffectif\/recruitment-and-retention-fr\/\">Recrutement et maintien en poste<\/a>, elle consulte le rapport entre les entr\u00e9es et les sorties des IA dans chaque province et territoire au fil des ans. Elle exporte les r\u00e9sultats pour chaque province et territoire afin de les comparer et de les regrouper par r\u00e9gion pour en faire une analyse ult\u00e9rieure. <\/li><li>Elle note \u00e9galement que sa province a annonc\u00e9 plusieurs politiques de maintien en poste au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Elle ouvre le module <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/policy-tracker\/\">Suivi des politiques<\/a> pour obtenir plus d\u2019information sur ces politiques et savoir si elles s\u2019appliquent aux IA. En utilisant les donn\u00e9es qu\u2019elle a export\u00e9es, elle peut d\u00e9terminer si ces politiques ont eu une incidence sur les tendances observ\u00e9es.  <\/li><li>Julia souhaite effectuer une analyse plus approfondie et consulte le <a href=\"https:\/\/healthworkforce.ca\/fr\/tableaux-de-bord\/catalogue-de-donnees\/\">Catalogue de donn\u00e9es<\/a> pour savoir comment acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des IA en appliquant des filtres pour le th\u00e8me des donn\u00e9es et la profession. <\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p><strong>Cinq choses que Julia a apprises<\/strong> <\/p><ol><li>Au Canada, dans les unit\u00e9s de soins infirmiers aux patients hospitalis\u00e9s, les cong\u00e9s de maladie d\u00e9clar\u00e9s sont en forte hausse entre 2020 et 2022. La proportion d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires travaill\u00e9es par rapport au nombre total d\u2019heures travaill\u00e9es a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que les IA travaillant dans ce domaine sont peut-\u00eatre victimes d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel et d\u2019un manque d\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-famille. <\/li><li>Bien qu\u2019environ la moiti\u00e9 des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers interrog\u00e9s ont r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits de leur travail, les r\u00e9ponses favorables li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel \u00e9taient moins nombreuses. Environ seulement un tiers de ces r\u00e9pondants se sentent \u00e9puis\u00e9s par leur travail une fois par mois ou moins souvent. <\/li><li>Certaines r\u00e9gions ont connu une diminution du rapport entre le nombre d\u2019IA qui ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la profession et ceux et celles qui l\u2019ont quitt\u00e9e au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ce rapport a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 dans certaines r\u00e9gions, ce qui indique qu\u2019il y a eu plus de sorties que d\u2019entr\u00e9es. Julia soup\u00e7onne que les r\u00e9gions concern\u00e9es ne sont pas en mesure de maintenir suffisamment d\u2019IA en poste pour garantir une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.  <\/li><li>Bien que plusieurs politiques de maintien en poste aient \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es en 2023, elles visaient davantage d\u2019autres professions, comme les infirmi\u00e8res praticiennes et les m\u00e9decins de famille.<\/li><li>Dans le module Catalogue de donn\u00e9es, elle note que Statistique Canada poss\u00e8de plusieurs banques de donn\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des IA. Elle t\u00e9l\u00e9charge le catalogue complet de donn\u00e9es et, dans l\u2019onglet Acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es, d\u00e9couvre comment acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es afin d\u2019enrichir son corpus de recherche.  <\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p><strong>Ce que Julia et son \u00e9quipe feront de ces renseignements<\/strong> <\/p><ul><li>Extraire des points de donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s et des conclusions sur le bien-\u00eatre et la charge de travail pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s avec les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019analyse de son \u00e9quipe sur les r\u00e9sultats pour les patients afin de d\u00e9montrer une relation possible entre ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments. <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Formuler des questions cibl\u00e9es pour la phase d\u2019entretien de l\u2019\u00e9tude, qui permettront de d\u00e9couvrir quelques-uns des facteurs ayant donn\u00e9 lieu aux observations tir\u00e9es des donn\u00e9es, et de guider les initiatives d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9. <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Julia estime que des donn\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats des patients pourraient am\u00e9liorer les tableaux de bord, car elles permettent de mieux comprendre les effets potentiels en aval de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre des dispensateurs de soins.
