p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p><p>Les services de SLD peuvent \u00eatre fournis \u00e0 domicile, \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital ou dans un foyer de soins de longue dur\u00e9e, tel qu\u2019une maison de soins infirmiers ou un foyer d\u2019accueil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ce sous-module fournit de l\u2019information sur les travailleuses et travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 de ce secteur qui fournissent des soins \u00e0 certaines des populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables du Canada.
