Ensemble, nous contribuerons \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus forte et en meilleure sant\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55936f23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55936f23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Notre premier plan strat\u00e9gique, qui couvre la p\u00e9riode 2025 \u00e0 2028, est harmonis\u00e9 avec les principales initiatives en mati\u00e8re de personnel de sant\u00e9 en cours au Canada. Il est con\u00e7u pour guider notre travail qui consiste \u00e0 mobiliser activement diverses organisations officielles et non officielles, des r\u00e9seaux, des associations et des communaut\u00e9s de pratique qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de solutions innovantes. <\/p>\n<p>Nos quatre priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques, soutenues par des catalyseurs cl\u00e9s, sont au c\u0153ur de notre plan visant \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 soutenir le personnel de sant\u00e9 au Canada. partage des innovations. <br><br> Au moyen de l\u2019engagement, de l\u2019\u00e9change de connaissances et d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation inclusive, y compris des Premi\u00e8res Nations, des Inuits et des M\u00e9tis, nous <strong>invitons les r\u00e9seaux<\/strong> \u00e0 collaborer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des priorit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9. <br><br> En <strong>enrichissant les donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9<\/strong>, nous offrons un acc\u00e8s plus facile \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es plus pr\u00e9cises. Nos efforts de <strong>mod\u00e9lisation et de pr\u00e9vision<\/strong> visent surtout l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au Canada gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes \u00e9labor\u00e9es et \u00e0 la planification de sc\u00e9narios.
