Avec nos partenaires, nous r\u00e9unissons des sp\u00e9cialistes de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 et des personnes travaillant dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9 afin d\u2019apprendre les uns des autres et de cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me de soins de sant\u00e9 rentable et durable. L\u2019organisme a pour but ultime de veiller \u00e0 ce que les travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 soient l\u00e0 pour fournir les soins dont la population canadienne a besoin.<\/p><p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s importants en mobilisant les parties prenantes, en partageant des tableaux de bord dynamiques sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 et en faisant progresser la mod\u00e9lisation et les pr\u00e9visions en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd6d7ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bd6d7ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Occasions d\u2019emploi actuelles <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dba088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dba088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nous accueillons favorablement les candidatures de personnes passionn\u00e9es par la mise en \u0153uvre de changements dans les syst\u00e8mes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 dans un environnement multidisciplinaire, et de celles qui veulent acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans un organisme de sant\u00e9 qui exerce ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle pancanadienne.<\/p><p>Les personnes qui travailleront pour Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada seront appel\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler en mode virtuel tout en sachant que des r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe en personne, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de trois jours cons\u00e9cutifs tout au plus, auront lieu quatre fois par ann\u00e9e.
