Il soup\u00e7onne un manque d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es ayant un r\u00f4le direct aupr\u00e8s des patients en soins de longue dur\u00e9e ainsi que des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 maintenir en poste les infirmi\u00e8res dans ce secteur. Il peut comparer le rapport entre les entr\u00e9es et les sorties \u00e0 celui des r\u00e9gions voisines et d\u00e9terminer la proportion d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es qui obtiennent l\u2019autorisation d\u2019exercer ailleurs. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"5\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">En consultant le Suivi des politiques, John obtient un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 du nombre de politiques de recrutement et de maintien en poste r\u00e9cemment mises en \u0153uvre dans chaque province et territoire qu\u2019il s\u00e9lectionne. Il examine en d\u00e9tail chaque politique pour d\u00e9couvrir quand elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre, par qui et quelles professions de la sant\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9es. <br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cinq choses que John a apprises<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le nombre d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es travaillant dans des \u00e9tablissements de soins de longue dur\u00e9e diminue lentement, tandis que le nombre d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es travaillant en sant\u00e9 communautaire et dans d\u2019autres secteurs augmente lentement, en particulier depuis la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">M\u00eame si plusieurs provinces et territoires ont constat\u00e9 une augmentation semblable du nombre d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es \u0153uvrant en milieu communautaire, la baisse du nombre d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es travaillant dans le secteur des soins de longue dur\u00e9e n\u2019a pas touch\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble du pays.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le rapport entre les infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es int\u00e9grant et quittant la profession a \u00e9t\u00e9 relativement stable au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que l\u2019un des probl\u00e8mes dans cette province concerne le maintien en poste dans le secteur des soins de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dans la province de John, environ le quart des infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es ont obtenu l\u2019autorisation d\u2019exercer ailleurs\u202f: certaines dans de petites provinces voisines, mais la plupart dans une grande province offrant davantage de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"5\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les provinces dans la r\u00e9gion de John n\u2019\u00e9prouvent pas toutes des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter ou \u00e0 maintenir en poste des infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires autoris\u00e9es dans le secteur des soins de longue dur\u00e9e.
