Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils de mod\u00e9lisation avanc\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019application de connaissances strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 la mobilisation de r\u00e9seaux, nous servons de <strong>catalyseur de changements syst\u00e9miques<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Nous sommes dans notre troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019activit\u00e9, nous travaillons avec les partenaires qui d\u00e9tiennent les leviers du changement\u202f: les gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provinciaux et territoriaux, les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires et les employeurs, ainsi que les professions de la sant\u00e9 qui servent et soutiennent nos communaut\u00e9s. Cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me devrait inclure des dirigeants et des d\u00e9cideurs gouvernementaux, des autorit\u00e9s sanitaires r\u00e9gionales et des employeurs, des associations professionnelles, des syndicats, des universitaires, des groupes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, des patients et des proches aidants, ainsi que des organismes des Premi\u00e8res Nations, inuits et m\u00e9tis.<\/li><li>Renforcer et consolider <strong>les relations de confiance<\/strong> avec les principales parties prenantes, en particulier celles qui d\u00e9tiennent les leviers du changement, notamment les gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provinciaux et territoriaux, les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires r\u00e9gionales et les employeurs, les associations professionnelles de la sant\u00e9 et les autres responsables de la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en sant\u00e9 et de la transformation du syst\u00e8me.<\/li><li><strong>Favoriser l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de partenariats de collaboration essentiels<\/strong> en informant les partenaires sur la proposition de valeur d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada afin de stimuler les relations avec les partenaires et les possibilit\u00e9s de collaboration qui soutiennent la strat\u00e9gie, la mission et les objectifs de l\u2019organisme.<\/li><li><strong>Diriger la cartographie des parties prenantes et faire progresser une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019engagement<\/strong> (y compris des sch\u00e9mas des parties prenantes et des partenariats, des plans de gestion des relations ainsi que des outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019engagement) afin de soutenir le travail d\u2019Effectif de la sant\u00e9 Canada sur les quatre piliers de son plan strat\u00e9gique, tout en d\u00e9veloppant une approche rigoureuse pour suivre la port\u00e9e de
